A few days ago we posted the sneak peek for K and S's wedding. They were married on April 17th, 2008 at Chicken Point in Sedona, Arizona. As a side note, K and S are quite established in their own professions, and needed to remain mostly anonymous. Thank you two for letting us post a few images. :)
Chicken Point is a red rock promontory that overlooks the south end of Broken Arrow. Broken Arrow, for which at least one old western from 1950 was named, is a natural valley situated among an amazing collection of red rocks and mountains, and would take literally years to explore. Chicken Point is accessible only by Jeep, horse, or a long, long walk! As you'll see in the images below, we took jeeps :)
This was a really fun wedding and we enjoyed our time with a madly in love K and S. They are a picture perfect couple, and are so fun to be around. They were open to almost any creative suggestions we had, and were very excited about us being present with them that day. We're so incredibly blessed to have such beautiful people inside and out to work with!
The evening ended with an intimate dinner for K and S, their families, and their closest friends. The ambiance was romantic, happy, and very mediterranean, complete with an evening nip in the air, patio fireplace, and candlelights.
This was a difficult wedding to coordinate, given that there were multiple jeeps and hikers, and then also so many locations around Sedona involved. JB at Sedona Luxury Weddings did a fabulous job and we really enjoyed working with her.
The beautiful floral work was by Bliss Extraordinary. Pink Jeeps provided transportation to and from Chicken Point. And lastly, amazing classical Spanish and latin guitar during the ceremony and reception was preformed by one of our favorite local guitarists, Brian David.
Again, K and S, we are so happy to know you :) Thank you so very much for your kindness and for sharing your beautiful wedding day with us!
Here is a link to their slideshow.
Enjoy the images!

Andrew covered some of S's preparation images while I was with K and did a fabulous job.

K's preparation room at the Adobe Graham was gorgeous! Look how large these doors are! The bathroom doors were the same size as well. It is one of our favorite bed and breakfast's in Sedona and as well as a fabulous spot for an intimate wedding or wedding reception.

K had her wedding dress handmade in India! The artisans custom made all the jewelry to match her handmade dress.

I love the beams of light shinning down in this image... it's heavenly.

Could this spot be any more gorgeous? This rock formation reminds me of some of the sea side rocks on the coast of Japan... we toned it black and white to accentuate the sillhouetts of the lone trees up on top...

One of my favorite shots from Andrew...

JB arranged a classic Ford for their transportation back to their dinner with family and friends at beautiful Cucina Rustica. I'm sure it was one of the most romantic car rides they've had... just newly married, madly in love, and the red rocks softly glowing with the last light of day. Awww...

Blessings!
